What you will do

  • Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Manage the receipt of customer payments and record transactions in the accounting system.
  • Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor AR aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status professionally.
  • Prepare AR reports for management and lead monthly AR meetings for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and AR processes.
  • Fluent English speaking and understanding skills for safety and job-related communication.
  • Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
  • Ability to comply with safety protocols, including wearing PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hats).

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP S4HANA A/R.
