What you will do

• Develop and execute test procedures for biometric hardware and software systems across functional, performance, regression, and integration activities.
• Write detailed test plans including schedules, resources, environments, scenarios, and stimulation requirements.
• Analyze test results to identify software defects, hardware malfunctions, and system performance issues.
• Prepare detailed test reports to support government milestone reviews and operational decision-making.
• Provide technical support during the fielding of new biometric systems to operational units.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and field support teams to ensure systems meet technical requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in test and evaluation activities.
• Experience supporting test and evaluation efforts within DoD environments.
• Familiarity with biometric systems and biometric collection technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD biometric programs or interagency biometric stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with fingerprint, iris, facial, and voice recognition systems.
• Experience supporting operational field testing in tactical or deployed environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools, test management platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity testing and secure system validation processes.
