Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software studies from planning and kickoff through execution and final reporting.
• Define and refine study protocols and KPIs based on system architecture and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to drive IRB submissions and study readiness.
• Analyze study data and field observations to identify system-level failure modes and actionable insights.
• Coordinate pre-study smoke and sanity testing, including software builds and study materials.
• Monitor study health, manage risks, and lead timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and integration testing.
• Experience with multi-component connected products or cyber-physical systems.
• Proficiency in creating structured test plans, protocols, and readiness criteria.
• Ability to operate effectively in a regulated product development environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in non-clinical human subject research or usability investigations.
• Experience defining KPIs and working with data science teams on data ingestion.
• Strong proficiency in issue tracking and defect triage processes.
