What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term vision and strategy for the hirify.global Kids+ subscription service.
• Drive subscriber growth through data-informed acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.
• Serve as the single-threaded owner of the Parent Savings Hub, managing its product vision, roadmap, and execution.
• Partner with science and engineering leaders to build scalable AI/ML-driven features to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to model business economics and optimize growth funnels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to lead engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience advocating for stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice to have

• Deep product management experience in consumer subscription services.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
• Track record of building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Strong track record working with AI/ML and business intelligence.
