What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and performant full-stack solutions to enhance user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Identify strategic technologies and technical investments to improve system security, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement observability practices including logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform performance.
• Drive engineering standards by improving workflows, tools, and conducting rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production code.
• 3+ years of experience with microservice architectures and distributed system design, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, NextJS, GraphQL, Node.js, Redis, and Kotlin.
• Experience with full-stack delivery and hosting on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Deep domain experience in E-commerce.
• Strong experience developing React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
