What you will do

• Execute strategic transactions to benefit the company's long-term financial strength and flexibility.
• Perform financial analysis on transaction opportunities and formulate recommendations to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain and enhance analytical toolkits to assess capital and financing trade-offs across regulatory and economic frameworks.
• Monitor performance, liquidity, and returns of the corporate investment account and seed capital investments.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Investment Management, FP&A, and Enterprise Risk Management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in actuarial analysis, FP&A, corporate development, management consulting, or risk management.
• 1+ years of experience performing financial analysis or financial optimization.
• Work authorization and residency in Boston, MA; Springfield, MA; or New York, NY.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of progressive experience or ASA/CFA credentials.
• Experience in capital management, actuarial pricing, hedging, or M&A/reinsurance.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and statutory accounting.
• Understanding of asset-liability management and rating agency capital frameworks.
