Salary: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00

What you will do

• Develop and maintain algorithms for HMS technology features, including Operator Assist, Payload, and semi-autonomous functions.
• Analyze hydraulic and electrical schematics to identify optimal hardware for controls inputs.
• Conduct controls and performance simulations for production and NPI machines to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Update simulation complexity to accurately replicate real-life hydraulic mining shovel operations.
• Provide insights into operator behavior by analyzing live data channels from active machines.
• Coordinate team resources and delegate tasks to ensure project fidelity and timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
• Extensive experience in the performance and application of heavy equipment.
• Deep understanding of electro-hydraulic system design, control theory, and complex engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, or Python for producing, analyzing, and testing design concepts.
• Proven track record of developing innovative technical solutions and gaining organizational buy-in.
