What you will do

• Drive product strategy through observational causal analysis, experiment meta-analysis, and clear communication of insights to stakeholders including C-suite.
• Enhance experimentation practices by guiding design, execution, and deep dive analyses of A/B tests.
• Create ETLs, dashboards, and self-serve tools to empower data scientists and partners.
• Design and measure team-level KPIs to support goal setting and demonstrate impact.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and outcomes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and business partners to improve data literacy and decision making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or work remotely within US locations.
• Ph.D., M.S., or Bachelors in quantitative fields with relevant industry experience (3+ years for PhD, 5+ years for M.S./Bachelors).
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and strong understanding of online experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong technical communication and ability to discuss complex topics with diverse audiences.
• Experience in consumer-facing data science roles and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
