Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building a deal intelligence platform for law and finance using a proprietary Deal Reasoning Engine to unlock private deal data.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions focusing on LLM technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product features and improvements.
• Contribute to the design of robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their needs.
• Own the full development lifecycle of AI features, from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the NYC area.
• 5+ years of experience working with production software.
• Fluency with latest AI technologies, LLMs, and agent-related technologies.
• Proven ability to work with cutting-edge technology and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Golang and/or Python.
• Experience in a startup environment.
