What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end roadmap of partnership initiatives aligned with hirify.global's overall growth objectives.
• Identify and develop high-impact opportunities across distribution, payments, monetization, and loyalty.
• Manage a portfolio of global strategic partners (e.g., Google, Apple, Mastercard), owning P&L and performance tracking.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnership models across EMEA and other key markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance, and operations to launch and scale partnerships.
• Build scalable frameworks and playbooks to optimize partnership ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development with a track record in EMEA markets.
• Expertise in the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract renewal.
• Experience managing complex, senior-level relationships with global industry leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and GTM strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver partnership outcomes at scale.
• Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia
