Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid: at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end roadmap of partnership initiatives aligned with 's overall growth objectives.
- Identify and develop high-impact opportunities across distribution, payments, monetization, and loyalty.
- Manage a portfolio of global strategic partners (e.g., Google, Apple, Mastercard), owning P&L and performance tracking.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnership models across EMEA and other key markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, finance, and operations to launch and scale partnerships.
- Build scalable frameworks and playbooks to optimize partnership ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development with a track record in EMEA markets.
- Expertise in the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract renewal.
- Experience managing complex, senior-level relationships with global industry leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and GTM strategy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver partnership outcomes at scale.
- Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia
