TL;DR

Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Managing and maximizing sales opportunities within enterprise accounts with an accent on identifying key decision-makers and promoting AI-powered human risk management solutions. Focus on building a robust pipeline of new business and reactivating lapsed accounts for organizations with 1501+ employees.

Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC Metro Area / Arlington). Must be located in the Washington DC area.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global's product suite to enterprise-sized businesses with 1501+ employees.
  • Identify, qualify, and close net new customers through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers and forecast new business opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of HRM+ to help customers improve their overall security awareness and posture.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, emails, and demos in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with at least 3 years of experience selling software to SMEs.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the IT Security field.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Must be based in the Washington DC area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Network+ or Security+ certifications.
