Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA to support domestic travel requirements and access US-specific benefits)

Salary: $42.00-53.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Develop, review, and approve DSPV controlled documents, including SOPs, Policies, Templates, and Forms.
• Maintain team trackers and document folders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in management processes.
• Schedule, document, and track Adverse Event Reporting Trainings for all company representatives.
• Facilitate role-specific curricula tailored to the DSPV team's responsibilities.
• Initiate, track, and monitor non-compliance matters for internal teams and PV-related vendors.
• Review and manage deviations, CAPAs, Quality Events, and other compliance-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage competing deliverables and prioritize time effectively.
