Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 / year

What you will do

• Oversee electrical substation, transmission line, PV solar, wind, and energy storage projects throughout development and construction.
• Manage engineering schedules, budgets, scope, and subcontractors while tracking financial performance.
• Lead project status update meetings with clients and handle requests for information (RFIs).
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and electric utilities to ensure adherence to contract terms and deliverables.
• Direct internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support permitting, jurisdictional approval, and utility interconnection processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry-specific project management experience.
• Familiarity with electrical substations, transmission lines, PV engineering, and battery storage.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, and MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
