What you will do

• Develop category innovation pipelines from concept to execution and lead cross-functional commercialization teams.
• Create global brand positioning strategies, portfolio architecture, and pricing models to maximize sales performance.
• Develop consumer-relevant messaging and assets for packaging, digital, and in-store channels.
• Partner with Consumer Insights to test and validate storytelling and creative assets.
• Analyze campaign and brand activity performance to uncover insights and optimize future initiatives.
• Mentor and develop an Associate Brand Manager to support team growth and excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in product marketing, messaging, and innovation planning.
• 3-5 years of experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proven track record of using consumer insights to drive effective marketing programs and campaigns.
• Experience in creative strategy development, advertising, and launching new products.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
