Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Develop toy strategies across various segments, including core, premium, collector, and preschool.
  • Manage pricing architecture and ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build 3–5 year toy product roadmaps, balancing innovation and refresh cycles.
  • Analyze consumer and play insights to inform toy usage and play patterns.
  • Partner with Design and R&D teams to bring toys from initial concept to retail shelves.
  • Own toy business performance, focusing on revenue, margin, and SKU productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, franchise management, or purpose-driven strategy (3 years with an MBA).
  • Proven background in CPG or toy companies, ideally with exposure to retail buyer dynamics.
  • Strong quantitative and financial skills, including P&L management, forecasting, and pricing analysis.
  • Experience managing complex product development timelines and project management.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, California

  • Experience partnering directly with design and manufacturing teams.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for influencing senior leadership.
