Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Triage and remediate system vulnerabilities within defined SLA response tiers.
- Perform security assessments and vulnerability scans using tools like AWS Inspector and Twistlock.
- Maintain base images and automate dependency updates using CI/CD pipelines.
- Audit legacy resources and migrate configuration drift into Terraform-managed code.
- Configure and maintain network boundaries including VPCs, security groups, and firewalls.
- Coordinate remediation schedules and participate in on-call rotations for incident response.
Requirements
- Must be a US-based resident and able to pass a federal background investigation.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and drift prevention.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS/Fargate).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices including SAST and automated vulnerability scanning.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in federal environments (FedRAMP, FISMA, ATO).
- Experience supporting SAFe or scaled Agile delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and automated security policy-as-code engines.
