What you will do

• Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners to increase share of wallet and add new partners.
• Proactively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of hirify.global's solutions.
• Execute outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads.
• Consistently achieve sales quotas to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
• Demonstrate product features and services to prospects and internal/external customers.
• Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records, handle quotes, and close sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Previous experience in sales and account management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to achieve targets.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
