What you will do

• Identify and redesign high-value opportunities within fintech and ERP workflows.
• Shape product direction and define detailed workflow logic, controls, and exceptions.
• Determine the optimal balance between automated processes and human-driven actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to build and ship new capabilities.
• Test hypotheses with customers to iteratively refine the product and maximize business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, fintech, or ERP financial systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex for prototyping and analysis.
• Proven track record of launching new initiatives and redesigning complex work processes.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into clear product logic.
• Business judgment to connect product decisions to customer value, adoption, and monetization.
