What you will do
- Document and define operational processes to ensure the team is "AI Ready" for the next generation of automation.
- Build a structured knowledge base to empower autonomous agents in executing global campaigns.
- Map data streams and logic to support the implementation of scalable, governed cutting-edge platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to preserve operational intelligence and technical legacy during business migrations.
- Transform tacit knowledge into shared technical assets and actionable procedural manuals for the organization.
- Resolve technical debt by converting legacy systems into structured, future-proof workflows.
Requirements
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in technology, engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent/Advanced English and Portuguese are mandatory requirements.
- Strong structural thinking and ability to organize complex processes.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and navigating legacy systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and learn complex environments like CDPs and AI marketing stacks.
- Effective communication skills for bridging technical logic and human collaboration.
