Location: Remote (South America; São Paulo). Required overlap with PST (8 am to 2 pm PST).

What you will do

• Design and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
• Develop custom agentic solutions using state-of-the-art models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to automate workflows and scale business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to translate operational challenges into technical AI solutions with clear success criteria.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from ideation and architecture to delivery, iteration, and long-term maintenance.
• Build scalable and reliable systems that support critical internal operations across the organization.
• Continuously evaluate the impact of AI solutions and iterate based on measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, with experience in frontend development (React or similar).
• Experience building backend systems and working with datastores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI models, agentic IDEs, or building AI-enabled workflows and prototypes.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) or agentic browser automation.
• Ability to maintain at least 6 hours of overlap with PST (8 am to 2 pm PST).

Nice to have

• Experience integrating automated AI Evaluation, Testing, or Observability suites (e.g., DeepEval, Langfuse, LangSmith).
