What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority (PE persona) for the company in the US to ensure technical integrity of project deliverables.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for US infrastructure projects, aligning with DOT and ASCE regulations.
• Translate client needs and geotechnical complexities into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide R&D.
• Partner with sales and accounts teams during deep technical dives to demonstrate how solutions solve specific geotechnical risks.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for US projects to ensure scalable and technically sound implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand the technical footprint in the US and provide guidance for entry into IL and EU/UK markets.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Geotechnical Engineering, specifically with US civil infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the US is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and U.S. engineering codes/standards.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams including Product and R&D.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices across the US as needed.
