What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to improve brand awareness and support go-to-market efforts.
• Lead corporate reputation initiatives, including media relations, crisis management, and executive thought leadership.
• Build compelling narratives targeting employers, benefits brokers, health plans, and healthcare providers.
• Define and track KPIs to optimize communication channels and brand presence.
• Oversee internal communications programs to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams to support investor relations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing communications during periods of high growth or rapid change.
• Robust portfolio of established relationships with Tier-1 business, technology, or healthcare journalists.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data and technical product information into accessible stories.
• Must be able to work in the New York City office 3 days per week.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and industry dynamics.
