What you will do

• Own trust, security, and incident communications, serving as the comms lead for external responses during product crises.
• Lead earned media strategies for product launches, targeting Substacks, podcasts, and new media channels.
• Develop relationships with technical creators and journalists to encourage them to build on the platform.
• Partner with the CTO, CISO, and product leadership to develop their spokesperson platforms and media presence.
• Coordinate communications for technical partner integrations and platform capability updates.
• Build relationships with industry analysts and technical influencers to shape the company's market positioning.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in communications at a fast-moving technology company.
• Proven track record in managing product launches and trust or incident communications.
• Strong existing media relationships within the AI, developer tools, and enterprise tech ecosystems.
• Technical fluency with the ability to understand software architecture and translate it for various audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills: precise, human, and accessible without being overly dry or jargon-heavy.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco, London, or Stockholm.
