What you will do

• Own daily community management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, monitoring and responding to comments and DMs.
• Maintain fast, thoughtful responses that balance humor, warmth, and brand self-awareness.
• Collaborate with Influencer and Marketing teams to create copy for seeding, gifting, and VIP communications.
• Monitor paid ads comments and support the copy team with in-asset copy and descriptions.
• Track recurring community feedback and trends, escalating sensitive topics to CX and Regulatory teams.
• Assist with character development for "Big Yellow", product launches, and evergreen marketing projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media copywriting, community management, or brand writing.
• Excellent writing skills with a sharp sense of humor and strong grasp of tone and timing.
• Ability to work quickly, juggle multiple platforms, and maintain good judgment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by 401k and US health benefits).
• Availability to handle urgent matters after hours or on weekends when necessary.

• Experience in comedy, improv, or satirical writing.
