What you will do

• Write compelling, conversion-focused copy across paid social, landing pages, email, video scripts, and other digital marketing channels.
• Write platform-native short-form content designed for channels like TikTok and Instagram that feels authentic, entertaining, and culturally relevant.
• Translate complex ideas and dramatically different brand personalities into clear, engaging copy.
• Develop scroll-stopping hooks, memorable one-liners, and persuasive CTAs designed to improve engagement and conversion performance.
• Partner closely with designers, editors, strategists, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Use campaign performance insights to refine messaging, test new approaches, and improve conversion outcomes over time.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related creative field, with a strong focus on direct response and performance-driven writing.
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing direct response copywriting work across channels like paid social, video scripts, landing pages, email, or other digital formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
• Experience writing across multiple brands and adapting to different brand voices, with the ability to shift tone seamlessly while maintaining authenticity and clarity.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, social media trends, and internet culture, with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement across platforms.
• Must be based in one of the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin
