TL;DR

Senior Customer Engineer (Data/SaaS): Driving net-new business and account expansions by bridging technical requirements with strategic business goals for large organizations with an accent on data governance and AI governance. Focus on executing Proof of Concepts, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering field insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Location: Remote, must be based in Madrid, Spain. Regional travel up to 30% required.

What you will do

  • Map technical solutions to business value for enterprise customers, bridging technical requirements and strategic goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions and qualify new opportunities to drive account expansion and net-new business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations highlighting how the hirify.global Platform solves specific enterprise needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for stakeholders to accelerate product adoption and value realization.
  • Execute value-based workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and Proof of Value engagements.
  • Provide expert technical input for RFPs and RFQs while delivering field insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience working within the Data/SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, AI governance, data catalogs, data quality, or data privacy platforms.
  • Proven experience with PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, ML/GenAI tools, and integration platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in Spain; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
