What you will do

• Lead balance sheet account reconciliations and perform detailed general ledger account analyses.
• Maintain revenue recognition processes, including WIP and deferred revenue schedules.
• Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Support month-end ancillary packages and Hyperion trial balance uploads.
• Assist with internal and external audits and the development of internal controls.
• Provide monthly financial results analysis to heads of Shared Services functions.

Requirements

• Located in LATAM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Fluent English level.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to perform GL analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically Sumif, Vlookup, and Pivot Tables.

Nice to have

• Experience with large ERP and Accounting Software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Maconomy, or Intacct.
