What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA regions (UK, Nordics, Ireland), including preparation and tax filing.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly process.
• Review and synchronize data feeds between HR systems and payroll records.
• Provide detailed payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance within strict deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and support internal and external audit requests.
• Calculate, pay, and report ERS/EES Pension contributions to relevant funds.

Requirements

• Strong international payroll and benefits knowledge, with mandatory technical UK payroll experience.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers in accordance with local compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-moving, sales-driven culture.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Experience working within a global software company.
