TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Designing and owning the end-to-end revenue infrastructure and forecasting models for B2B GTM growth with an accent on ARR, NRR, and GRR metrics. Focus on integrating AI-driven solutions to optimize revenue signals and automating cross-functional reporting between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany. Full visa and relocation support available for international candidates.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, maintaining models for ARR development, NRR, and GRR across EMEA and the US.
  • Design and deliver full-funnel revenue performance reporting, from marketing KPIs to recognized revenue and renewals.
  • Analyze customer revenue performance and churn risk in close collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Serve as the primary interface to Finance, translating revenue data into inputs for planning and reporting cycles.
  • Operationalize company-wide OKRs to transition the business towards an ARR-focused model.
  • Explore and embed AI-powered solutions for forecasting, lead scoring, and workflow optimization to reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations or GTM operations within a B2B technology environment, preferably SaaS.
  • Deep fluency in recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, and CAC payback.
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or CRM reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to revenue or business processes.
  • Fluent English is required as the working language.

Nice to have

  • Experience building advanced revenue forecasting models or working with BI platforms.
  • Experience operationalizing a company's transition to a recurring revenue or ARR-based model.
