What you will do

• Analyze publishing workflows using Looker, Google BigQuery, and other BI tools to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Define and refine KPIs and reporting frameworks to track publishing speed, quality, and user experience.
• Create process maps and visualizations to communicate insights and support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to explore and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Liaise with Editorial, Production, and Operations teams to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor the performance impact of implemented changes and suggest iterative refinements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in data science, data analysis, process intelligence, or BI.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Looker, Google BigQuery, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and improvement frameworks like Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to perform task mining and create visual representations of complex workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dordrecht or Berlin (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a data-intensive field.
• Professional certifications in PMP, Agile, or Lean Sigma.
