What you will do

• Own the end-to-end installation schedule, from site readiness to technician dispatch and execution.
• Manage and hold third-party technician networks accountable to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Track installation costs and budget variances to ensure projects remain within financial targets.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for site preparation and post-installation sign-off.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve scheduling efficiency and operational throughput.
• Deliver weekly reporting on installation velocity and surface pipeline risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing field operations, installation programs, or contractor networks.
• Proven ability to manage third-party partner performance and service level agreements.
• Strong operational discipline with experience building workflows and tracking key metrics.
• Must be comfortable with domestic travel (15–25%) for site visits and event support.
• Demonstrated ability to build lightweight operational tools without engineering support.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Background in AV, low-voltage, camera systems, or hardware field deployment.
• Experience scaling field operations from low to high volume.
• Familiarity with baseball or softball at the high school or collegiate level.
