Installation Coordinator (SmartParks)

Location: Remote with occasional domestic travel of approximately 15–25% for site visits, partner meetings, and event support.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own installation scheduling and dispatch from readiness approval through technician assignment and on-site execution.
• Coordinate third-party technicians, installation partners, vendors, and customer handoffs.
• Maintain installation quality, job-level cost tracking, standard operating procedures, and post-installation reviews.
• Monitor installation velocity, capacity constraints, site readiness, hardware delays, and deadline risks.
• Use AI tools, automation platforms, agents, and lightweight workflows to improve operational throughput and reporting accuracy.
• Develop the installation infrastructure needed to scale deployment volume and resolve recurring quality or delay issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing field operations, installation programs, or contractor and vendor networks at scale.
• Experience managing third-party partner performance against defined service level agreements.
• Strong operational discipline, process-building ability, metric tracking, and follow-through.
• Experience with job-level budget ownership and cost management.
• Ability to build lightweight operational workflows and agents without engineering support.
• Clear communication, strong organization, self-direction, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AV, low-voltage, camera systems, or hardware field deployment.
• Experience scaling field operations from low to high volume.
• Baseball or softball experience at the high school or collegiate level.
• Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
