• Prepare and deliver accurate search results to internal teams and clients with speed.
• Maintain detailed records of all searches to ensure audit readiness and easy retrieval.
• Monitor volumes and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs and filing deadlines.
• Manage inventory, perform weekly counts, and plan supply orders with vendors.
• Oversee quality control of order fulfillment and coordinate with courier services for distribution.
• Collaborate with filing specialists and service teams to improve end-to-end efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in French.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate services, legal, or administrative roles is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
