Location: Must be based in Eastern Nebraska or Western Iowa (Omaha, Des Moines, or Sioux City)

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000

What you will do

  • Optimize sales tools and CRM to improve revenue, close rates, and standardize sales process design.
  • Build reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics to analyze the sales funnel and pipeline indicators.
  • Monitor sales team performance and reinforce accountability through data-driven insights.
  • Identify and resolve friction points within sales channels to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with internal teams and external sales channel partners to utilize tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and reporting in a growing organization.
  • Proven track record of building dashboards or playbooks that measurably improved productivity or forecast accuracy.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel or multi-territory sales teams is strongly preferred.
