What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for core platform capabilities and foundational services that power the hirify.global product suite.
• Evolve APIs, integration frameworks, and shared services to optimize the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to define standards and make technical trade-offs.
• Manage dependencies across multiple product teams and communicate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Define and track platform KPIs such as API adoption, reliability, latency, and search performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience focusing on platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and authentication frameworks.
• Experience with ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data movement orchestration (ADF), schema/metadata management, and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering search capabilities as a shared platform service.
• Familiarity with ML-based platform services.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to anticipate future platform constraints.
