What you will do

• Dress and finish welds on metal components of various shapes and sizes.
• Operate hand tools, including electric grinders, pneumatic grinders, and sanding tools.
• Prepare components for painting or final finishing processes.
• Ensure high-quality visible finishes on all components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently to manage and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in metal dressing or finishing.
• Proven experience using grinders and various hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload.
• Strong attention to detail for high-standard finishes.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
