Location: Hybrid (work from the Newark office three days per week)

What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle for the Restaurant POS platform: discovery, strategy, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
- Conduct customer discovery with restaurant owners, operators, managers, and staff to identify workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
- Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that translate operational complexity into simple UX.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features with speed and precision.
- Prioritize the roadmap using customer insights, market trends, product analytics, and business objectives.
- Track key product metrics and collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to drive product-market fit and adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users with strong usability and operational simplicity focus.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work hybrid from the Newark office three days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience at a POS company, restaurant technology provider, or within restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with ordering, payments, kiosks, kitchen workflows, loyalty, or other hospitality technology ecosystems.
