What you will do

• Identify and target restaurant and retail partners to strengthen the local selection.
• Drive proactive outreach via cold calling and virtual meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Lead commercial negotiations based on data-driven venue potential assessments.
• Make sound business decisions combining commercial judgment with analytical data.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Development teams for smooth partner integration.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a performance-driven environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Oslo office.
