What you will do

  • Lead the execution and management of ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure they resonate with the audience.
  • Prepare in-depth reports and provide actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving or performance issues to maintain campaign stability.
  • Update and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and spotlight areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and team leads to streamline workflows and drive team success.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a media or digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to crunch numbers for problem-solving.
  • Must be based in EMEA or LATAM regions.
