What you will do

• Oversee campaign management for high-spend priority clients to exceed margin targets.
• Direct testing strategies and implement complex multi-variant tests.
• Manage and mentor Campaign Management Executives to drive professional growth and excellence.
• Act as the primary contact for major agency campaigns and coordinate with commercial and solutions planning teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical campaign issues and spearhead automation initiatives.
• Provide expert recommendations for AI-driven measurement solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, and Social Media marketing.
• Proficiency with multiple DSPs (e.g., TTD, DV360, ADSP) and Meta Business Manager.
• Deep knowledge of paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Valid right to work in the UK is mandatory.
