Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (remote options can be discussed with the recruiter).

What you will do

  • Manage end-user communications via email, chat, and phone to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide tailored solutions for complex inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain and update CRM records using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce with accurate categorization.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to escalate trends and improve operational efficiency.
  • Process refunds and approvals while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Native French and advanced Spanish proficiency are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in multi-channel CX and written customer support.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Zendesk, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, Metabase).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • High school or technical school diploma (degree is a plus).
