What you will do
- Investigate and assess user reports, applying internal guidelines objectively and consistently.
- Monitor livestreams in real-time to respond quickly to behaviors that violate Community Guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments to determine severity, urgency, and potential impact of safety incidents.
- Identify operational, product, or policy gaps and propose improvements to enhance user safety.
- Analyze and report emerging trends within specific markets to inform Trust & Safety and Product strategies.
- Document technical bugs and contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, online moderation, or risk assessment.
- Spanish: Native, C1, or C2 level required.
- English: B2 minimum required.
- Strong understanding of youth trends and online behavioral norms.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and risk scenarios specific to social discovery apps.

- Experience in Customer Support.
- Experience in environments requiring real-time decision-making.
