What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens, record results, and monitor physicals and lab work.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and medication inventory reconciliation per DEA procedures.
• Coordinate with counselors and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
• Train new nurses and implement quality health standards to meet accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a medical office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification.
