What you will do

• Assess human responses and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for individuals and families.
• Provide professional leadership by delegating tasks to LPNs and support staff based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and promote patient safety initiatives.
• Analyze patient health status and promptly notify physicians of any changes in condition.
• Contribute to a culture of mentorship and continuous learning within the staffing team.
• Work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage and ensure consistent patient care.

Requirements

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Clearance.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and manage time effectively within established work shifts.

Nice to have

• Certification in a relevant specialty area.
• 1 year of travel nursing experience.
