Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Must be based in Draper, UT or Richardson, TX

What you will do

  • Handle inbound customer calls as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
  • Assist customers with product questions, account activity, and application processes.
  • Guide customers through digital tools and website navigation.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve customer account issues.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately across multiple systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier II support teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of customer service or contact center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask across systems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Draper, UT or Richardson, TX offices
