What you will do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user technology issues and address setup needs.
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues using in-depth knowledge of products and systems.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Create technical documentation and solution articles to assist in future case resolution.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance bugs to software engineering with supporting data.
• Liaise between third-party vendors and internal administrators to implement application fixes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, financial institutions, or FinTech.
• Experience with Unix or Linux.
• Ability to work in an on-call rotation.
• Must be based within a 70-mile radius of the specified US office locations.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT).

• AIX Administration experience.
