What you will do

• Partner with trading clients to provide technical solutions and guidance in a time-sensitive environment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to order generation, allocation transmission, order management, and configuration settings.
• Monitor internal alerts and proactively notify clients of issues and resolution steps.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer support cases, ensuring detailed documentation and timely resolution.
• Contribute to the production support repository by developing and refining procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and solve complex client use cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Wakefield, MA.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry and investments.
• BA or BS degree (Finance, Economics, or Computer Science preferred).
• Excellent customer service mentality and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment systems (Portfolio Management, Trading, Middle/Back Office Operations).
• Knowledge or experience with the FIX protocol.
• SQL experience or exposure.
• Project management skills and ability to manage task prioritization.
