What you will do

• Provide extended leadership coverage at various terminal locations, managing local teams during operational surges or manager absences.
• Lead a team of operators, establishing a safety-first culture and fostering a collaborative "Win Together" mindset.
• Manage individual growth and development through regular 1:1s and constructive performance feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key Vehicle Operations projects and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software and hardware teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Represent hirify.global as a public ambassador for the company's autonomous technology.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean record.
• Extreme schedule flexibility, including day/night shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules.
• Ability to travel for up to one month at a time (up to 30% of total time).
• Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings.
• Experience leading and motivating teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and risk management.
