Location: Midland, Texas. Must be based in Midland, TX and be comfortable with extensive travel (up to 30% of time, including deployments for a month or more).
Salary: $83,000 - $120,500 per year

What you will do
- Provide extended leadership coverage at various terminal locations, managing local teams during operational surges or manager absences.
- Lead a team of operators, establishing a safety-first culture and fostering a collaborative "Win Together" mindset.
- Manage individual growth and development through regular 1:1s and constructive performance feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key Vehicle Operations projects and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software and hardware teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Represent as a public ambassador for the company's autonomous technology.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean record.
- Extreme schedule flexibility, including day/night shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules.
- Ability to travel for up to one month at a time (up to 30% of total time).
- Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings.
- Experience leading and motivating teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and risk management.

- Experience with scheduling, vacation management, and goal setting.
- Intermediate technical aptitude and ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to drive process improvements.
