TL;DR

Sales Director (Google Cloud): Growing professional services and managed services resell business by building executive relationships and partnering with Google Cloud sales teams with an accent on C-level engagement and strategic account growth. Focus on leading complex commercial discussions, identifying new opportunities, and driving business development for enterprise customers.

Location: Must be located in the United Kingdom (strong preference for London). Requires frequent travel to Germany (approximately once a month).

What you will do

  • Build and grow executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence long-term strategic direction.
  • Present to C-level executives in corporate and global customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Google Sales and Customer Engineering teams to lead account strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze customer technology footprints, growth plans, and business drivers.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Language: Fluent German is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing complex commercial and legal discussions with mid-to-large software companies.
  • Proven track record of leveraging C-level relationships with executives.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud or a Google Cloud enablement partner.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or application software.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships in complex implementation projects including global system integrators.
