What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability, aligning with organizational goals.
• Identify gaps in the end-to-end experience and own the product roadmap to resolve them.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze user engagement and feedback to inform the evolution of features and the overall product.

Requirements

• Ideally 10+ years of experience in product management or a closely related area.
• Extensive experience in monitoring cloud and infrastructure systems powering modern applications.
• Deep domain knowledge in Observability and performance monitoring.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Must be based in one of the listed European countries.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environments.
• Knowledge of open-source software.
