What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing impactful projects based on diverse inputs.
• Define and frame user problems through deep research and regular customer interaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to envision and scope AI-first solutions.
• Evaluate solution effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics in beta and full release.
• Maintain high product quality and ownership over the Reporting & Insights domain.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and researchers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Proven experience leading teams and collaborating closely with design and engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate product decisions and rationale persuasively.
• Deep expertise in using qualitative customer insights and quantitative data, such as A/B tests and user research.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly organized approach to work.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office at least 3 days per week.
